Procedures of endoscopic resection for breast fibroadenoma. (1) The tumour was located and marked on the body surface before the operation. (2) Creation of the front axillary incision and placement of the disposable incision protector. (3) Removal of the tumour and surrounding tissue by bipolar shearing. (4) Surgical instruments (endoscope, bipolar electric shear, light source pull hook, etc.) (5) Tumour in vitro. (6) Appearance after incision suture.
