The acromion-greater tuberosity angle (AGA) is measured at the intersection angle created by two lines from the center of the humeral head or humeral head implant to the acromion and greater tuberosity. The degree of lateralization is measured by the lateral offset (LO) of the humerus. The LO of the humerus is measured based on the distance between the vertical line from the lateral border of the acromion to the most lateral area of the greater tuberosity marked by LO.
