D and E show the pre-operative MRV: the posterior third of the superior sagittal sinus was utterly occluded, surrounded by many compensated draining veins. F-KĀ complete post-operative resection of the tumor: the tumor was resected together with the venous sinus, and no venous sinus reconstruction was performed. I-KĀ post-operative MRV suggests the disappearance of the posterior third of the superior sagittal sinus, with surrounding compensatory vessels still present
