Breast cancer in the lower lateral area. In this patient, the cancer site could be accessed through the IMF. The patient has no scar on the breast mound; the incision scar is hidden by the IMF. Furthermore, the donor site scar is located in a region that can be covered by her bra and arm. a Preoperative findings; b Postoperative 3-month findings.
