From: Long-term postoperative outcomes of Roux-en-Y cholangiojejunostomy in patients with benign biliary stricture

Fig. 1

Typical imaging and intraoperative photos of the patients with traumatic biliary stricture. A Preoperative transhepatic cholangiography showed that there formed a common trunk between the right anterior bile duct confluence and the left hepatic duct, and there was obvious biliary stricture in the left hepatic biliary orifice. B Radiography indicated that there was no anastomotic stoma, suggesting that the common trunk between the right anterior bile duct and the left hepatic duct was not anatomized. C Intraoperative imaging demonstrated obstruction of duct-jejunum anastomotic stoma and shortening of intestine in the biliary output loop. D Intraoperative imaging showed the significant difference between biliary output loop and the normal intestine. E Postoperative transhepatic cholangiography indicated obstruction of anastomotic stoma and intrahepatic biliary duct calculosis after cholangiojejunostomy
