39-year-old male patient with posttraumatic osteomyelitis of the left femur was treated with trifocal bone transport from both side to docking site using Orthofix external fixator. a X-ray graph before treatment. The Orthofix external fixator was used to perform the distal and proximal biplane osteotomy. c The X-ray graphs at 40 days after surgery.
