  1. a Two of the dissatisfied subjects were dissatisfied for reasons other than GERD:
  2. - One (1) subject had normal gastroscopy, 24-h pH monitoring and contrast swallow x-ray; and
  3. - One (1) subject had gastritis and regained satisfaction after a short-term non-PPI treatment, still satisfied at the 2-year follow-up
