Postoperative FVC, FEV₁ and MVV level at 6 months after operation decreased in both groups. No significant statistical differences were found on postoperative FEV₁ loss after different types of sublobar resection, FVC and MVV loss after segmentectomy was significantly greater than after wedge resection
