  1. Postoperative FVC, FEV1 and MVV level at 6 months after operation decreased in both groups. No significant statistical differences were found on postoperative FEV1 loss after different types of sublobar resection, FVC and MVV loss after segmentectomy was significantly greater than after wedge resection
