The surgical schematic shows the key steps of oblique occlusion. A Vessel tourniquet was placed in the cephalic inferior vena cava. Oblique blocking from the upper corner of the right renal vein to the lower corner of the left renal vein using a vessel tourniquet. B We occluded the caudal IVC using the oblique occlusion technique and then clamped the cephalic IVC. Oblique occlusion technique refers to oblique blocking from the upper corner of the right renal vein to the lower corner of the left renal vein using a vessel tourniquet and a vessel clamp. C After clipping the above vessels, the IVC wall was cut, and the thrombus was removed. After the IVC incision was continuously sutured by vascular line, the vessel tourniquet was released
