Operative procedure a The hepatic cyst on the diaphragmatic surface was incised and the effusion in the hepatic cyst was fully aspirated. b The cyst wall was resected as far as possible to reach more than 1/2 of the diameter of the cyst, and the septa in the hepatic cyst were completely separated.
