Breast cancer in the middle lateral area. In this patient, skin excision was performed in a circular shape because the cancer was in close proximity to the breast skin. The skin was then covered with a vertical latissimus dorsi (LD) flap. The patient’s progress after radiation therapy has been favorable. a Preoperative findings; b Postoperative 3-month findings, observed immediately after radiotherapy.
