A 68-year-old man underwent three-level anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) with Zero-p implant system. The lateral X-ray 3 days after surgery showed the prostheses were implanted well (A). However, the severe collapsibility phenomenon could be observed at C6 vertebral body 3 months postoperatively (B). The lateral X-ray 18 months postoperatively showed the collapsibility didn’t become aggravated after the solid fusion achieved (C)
