Intraoperative view a before resection and b after resection of local recurrence. The tumor was infiltrating the left portal vein and left hepatic artery. Tumor resection was performed with synchronous left lateral hemihepatectomy and resection/reconstruction of the left portal vein and resection of the left hepatic artery with reconstruction of the common hepatic artery.
