Design of the operation guide template for screw placement. Adjusting the position of the screw trajectory in the sagittal view (a), coronal view (b), and axial view (c). The widest and longest medullary cavity of the ilium in the axial view was selected to design a virtual screw trajectory that ran through the center of the ilium (d). Reverse engineering technology was used to extract the shell and construct the attachment surface of the guide plate, and the screw trajectory was accurately aligned with the attachment surface (e).
