A ruptured left renal AML. The preoperative CT scans (a and b) show the abnormal morphology of the left kidney with a mixture of adipose tissue, ruptured cortex and retroperitoneal hematoma. The postoperative CT scans (c and d) (1 year after surgery) show left renal cortex defect and the hem-o-loc clip (white arrow). The ruptured renal AML was resected completely, and no recurrence was found
