We excluded patients with the following: simultaneous resection of the other organs (n = 15), two or more colon resections (n = 2), and robot-assisted surgery (n = 4). We divided remaining patients into two groups: QS group (n = 170) and NQS group (n = 50). Surgical team in QS group included a lead surgeon, assistant, or camera operator.
